But most people have more of the former rather than the latter. But considering that time is finite and we only have a certain amount of it, using your time wisely and managing your time properly is crucial to ensure your success.
With a marketing team size of around 18, your content marketing team will be staffed with all the same roles -- bloggers, long-form content creators, SEO specialists, designers -- just multiplied. Aim to have three bloggers on staff, and two employees for each of the other roles. It's wise to have one of those bloggers have expertise in editing, too, so there's someone dedicated to maintaining content quality as output increases.

How we use Canva: The optimized sizes and built-in templates make it fast and easy to create tall pictures for Pinterest, rectangular ones for Twitter, square for Facebook or Instagram, and any size in between. Let me give you a practical example. Recently, we looked at one of our posts that was getting 14,000 impressions a month, and it got three clicks. So something was clearly wrong there, because the click-through rate was very low. But we made some changes to that and even though it wasn't a massive increase in traffic for us at the end of the day, we went from three clicks to about 200. So just keep looking for the low-hanging fruit that you have in Google Search Console, because it's going to add up across the board.
